In-house Training

In order to deepen understanding about the 8 core value and 5 points which are the most important thing in the Fuji & Cherry Group, in-house training will be held once a week.

Outside Training(Mount Fuji Climbing Activities)

Company trip is held once a year which is in order to encourage team spirit building and sharing trails and joy among the group.

Internal SNS and other Internal Activities

We imported internal SNS APP. All the Fuji & Cherry Group member actively Utilize it for One to One Communication, sending Thank You Card, In-house Library System and so on.

Staff Introduction

In Fuji & Cherry, challenge things that you have never been done before is the company culture. For me, it is a perfect working environment because it lets me challenge myself. I am responsible for product design, customer support, and financial management. Fuji & Cherry provides me opportunities to challenge many different things in different fields. Through challenging in different fields, I am able to know my strengths and weaknesses. I will not be satisfied with the current situation and would like to expand myself in the future.

I have been with the previous company for ten years. When I was working in the previous company, I felt that my growth speed was too slow compared to the outside society. At that time, my friend recommended me Fuji & Cherry then I joined this family finally. The best thing that I learned is not to be afraid of failure because it actually connects to my own growth. There are more challenges than the previous job, of course, the failures are also as many as challenges. In Fuji & Cherry, I can really feel that my ability is enhancing and my mind is also growing.

When I talked with our president Mr.Yamashita, he told me that he cares about the invisible things like the relationship among people rather than the pursuit of profit. I feel the same for what said so I decided to join Fuji & Cherry. I take part in establishing sales strategies, new product planning, development, researching and so on. Besides, sometimes business trips come in suddenly, but business trips are probably more difficult than one imagines (laughs).

Fuji & Cherry company provided me the chance to start an internship and training. I tried new things like factory research, knowledge and skills about trading and import business, etc. Also, Fuji & Cherry provided the opportunity to me that I can actually use the knowledge and skills I learned from school in the working environment. Besides the knowledge and skills, I also learned that as a person how to make myself grow up and how to face the difficulties with courage. I want to do my best with my grateful thanks.

I have no idea that there are many companies that do greetings as well as Fuji & Cherry company. Fuji & Cherry is full of power and energy, and it is an important place for me. Although I am an intern now, I feel that I am supported by everyone every day. I look forward to my own growth and make myself a change as also.
